TEXES TEST APPROVAL
All attempts at Texas Examinations of Educator Standards (TExES) tests require approval from the Educator Preparation Program (EPP). In order to gain approval to take a TExES test, candidates must complete the requirements applicable to the Content State Exam and Supplemental Exam(s). Upon successful completion of 240Tutoring, Study Hours, and a passing score of 80% or higher at the Proctored Qualifying Exam, candidates can request access to the TExES test. Passing all applicable certification tests is a prerequisite for Residency/Student Teaching.
240Tutoring benefits candidates in the following ways:
- A subscription fee of $25 per month (with the discount) allows the user to access materials for all tests.
- The courses are self-paced and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection.
