Committees
As a requirement, each representative of the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Staff Council is expected to participate in at least one internal committee. Within the council, there are three standing committees (Executive Committee, Elections Committee, Communications Committee) that play a critical role in handling recurring tasks essential to the council's overall functioning. Additionally, several ad-hoc research committees have been established to conduct thorough research and propose solutions to staff-related issues and concerns. This structure ensures that representatives actively contribute their expertise and work collaboratively to address ongoing matters and needs of the community.
