Her journey from student-athlete to MBA graduate, educator, and now Hall of Famer reflects her resilience, leadership, and unwavering commitment to growth both on and off the court. 

Chasing Her MBA Dream: Piekarska initially pursued a professional basketball career after completing her BBA. Returning to academia after a seven-year break, she found the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ MBA challenging and enriching. 

Throughout her time in the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ MBA Program, Piekarska honed her critical thinking, strategic planning, and leadership skills, which have been invaluable in her teaching and coaching roles.

Beyond academics, Piekarska formed lifelong connections, meeting friends who became family, and even her husband, at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. 

A Celebration of Dedication: Piekarska’s Hall of Fame induction honors her leadership in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s record-breaking 2007-08 season, where the team claimed its first conference title and reached the NCAA Tournament's second round. Known for her versatility on the court, she set multiple school records and remains a lasting influence in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ basketball.
