Event Details: Lunch and Lead returns with 2024 Gold Nugget awardee, Margie Salazar, on November 8, 2024 at the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Graduate Business Center. Salazar will share career insights and life lessons with Hunt Business students and alumni.
About Margie Salazar: Margie Salazar is the President and CEO of FirstLight Federal Credit Union, where she became the first woman and Latina to lead the $1.5 billion institution.
She is focused on improving financial education and access, particularly through her involvement with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Banking Academy, which prepares future banking professionals.
Salazar also contributes to the FirstLight Community Foundation, which awards $50,000 in scholarships and offers financial literacy programs to students and the broader Borderland community.
